As the co-CEO of Business and Scale at Health In Harmony, Ashley oversees all international programs, research, and supports the development of HIH's scaling approach, which involves global advocacy, strategic partnerships, and the development of innovative technology.

A fierce advocate for racial and social justice, she centers the brilliant solutions from rainforest communities at the center of Health In Harmony's work. With a background in replicating public health and community development programs in low-resource settings globally, she has a niche for growth and impact - supported by thoughtful and inclusive research.

Ashley spent the first half of her career working in countries throughout Africa, the Carribean, South America, and South Asia. Working in communities responding to humanitarian crises, a missing link she saw was the environmental impact that the climate and nature crisis were having on vulnerable communities and nations.

Prior to joining Health In Harmony, Ashley spent several years working in domestic public health on a national campaign for early cancer detection.

She joined the HIH team to help replicate and scale impact. She has a Masters in International Development, Community, and Environment.
