Formerly a Socio-Organizational Technician, Charlot (also known as Lolot) now holds the position of Livelihoods Manager. In this role, he is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising strategies aimed at strengthening the economic and social resilience of communities. He coordinates income-generating activities, promotes sustainable and inclusive practices, and supports beneficiaries in becoming more self-reliant. His goal is to ensure that livelihoods are diversified, sustainable, and adapted to local realities, while promoting social cohesion and equitable development.

Before joining the HIH team, he worked with international organizations such as CARE International, ADRA, and Welthungerhilfe on the Food Security/Disaster Risk Reduction (FSD/DRR) project. He has experience in household economic analysis (HEA), climate change vulnerability and capacity analysis (CCVA), as well as village savings and credit associations (VSCA), nurseries, and reforestation.

In his spare time, Lolot enjoys music and martial arts.
