Charlot Randriamboavonjy
As a Socio-Organizational Technician, Lolot is responsible for mobilizing and supporting the structuring of farmers’ organizations, as well as providing technical agricultural support to improve their livelihoods and associative life.
Before joining the HiH team, he worked with international organizations such as CARE International, ADRA and Welthungerhilfe on the Food Security/Disaster Risk Reduction (FS/DRR) project. He has experience of Househould Economy Analysis (HEA) and Climate Vulnerability and Capacity Analysis (CVCA) and the Village Saving and Loans Association (VSLA) approach, nursery and reforestation.
In his spare time, Charlot enjoys music and martial arts.
