Cleidiane Carvalho

Bachelor Degree in Nursing for over 13 years from Universidade Ceuma (2008), Specialist in Public Health with an emphasis on Family Health Strategy (Uniceuma) and Specialist in Indigenous Health (Unifesp), with EaD Hospital Management in progress. She worked as a nurse responsible for the Indigenous Health Base Center in the municipality of Jacareacanga in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In 2012, she was appointed Coordinator of the Special Indigenous Health District (DSEI) Rio Tapajós, linked to the Special Secretariat for Indigenous Health (SESAI) of the Ministry of Health. In this role, she worked to promote care and prevent illnesses, serving approximately 14,419 indigenous people from the Munduruku, Kayapó, Kaiabi, Tembé, Apiakás, Munduruku Cara-Preta, Maitapu and Kamayurá ethnicities, residing in 167 villages under the jurisdiction of the DSEI Rio Tapajós, distributed in 11 base centers, covering 6 municipalities: Jacareacanga, Novo Progresso, Itaituba, Aveiro, Trairão and Altamira, all in the state of Pará, until February 2023. She also worked at Hospital Munduruku, in Jacareacanga-PA , as Director of the Hospital Unit. Currently. She is a Nurse Coordinator at Health in Harmony, where she works with the riverside peoples of the RESEX of Xingu, Riozinho do Anfrísio and Rio Iriri, in addition to Terra Xipaya, in strengthening traditional medicine. She also took the Journalism course at Centro do Mundo - SUMAUMA, Brazil. Scholarship holder at the organization SUMUMA, Brazil.
