Isadora is a Lawyer and has a Masters in Agrarian Law, she is from the Guajajara indigenous people. She is married and a mother. She is responsible for organizing documents, controlling and recording expenses for the activities and projects carried out by SAMA Saúde em Harmonia. She also supports Financial Management and the Program in consolidating, implementing and monitoring annual planning.

She has experience with Indigenous Peoples and Riverine communities, supervising the organization, production, writing and management of projects (diagnosis, planning, prognosis and evaluation), mediating conflicts, preparing methodological proposals adapted to each Territory, planning and executing field actions, supporting accountability, liaising between authorities, licensing agents, inspection bodies and impact agents, identifying production chains and advising associations.
