Kelley Buck is the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Manager for private-label food company TreeHouse Foods, where she leads responsible sourcing efforts and sustainability disclosures. Prior to that she spent three years in ESG and DEI consulting at Edelman, where she helped organizations formulate CSR strategies, craft impact platforms, and execute on climate-related reporting efforts. She is both SASB-certified and GRI-trained.

Kelley graduated with highest distinction from the University of Virginia with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, and holds a certificate in publishing from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. In her free time, she’s a long-distance runner and enjoys doing anything outdoors.

What’s one thing that gives you hope when thinking about the climate crisis?

The amazing people that are fighting to make a difference. It’s a long and complicated road ahead, but we are led by the most brilliant, passionate minds.
