Laura has a diverse professional background spanning three decades in clinical health, environmental consulting, and sustainability. Laura serves as the Strategic Advisor for the Global Radical Listening Program, where she leads Radical Listening training for staff, directs the consultancy that offers Radical Listening™ training to other organizations, and guides right relations with our partners. Laura is also founder of green turtle insights – a consulting and collaborative firm dedicated to guiding transformational change through an Indigenous lens.

Of particular importance to Laura is the intersection of Indigenous knowledge, climate & social justice, and planetary health. As an Ojibwe tribal member of mixed heritage, she brings a unique and invaluable perspective through the lens of her two-world lived experience. Laura's tribal heritage and Indigenous way of thinking emphasize the interconnectedness of all things, informing her approach to decolonize paradigms and bridge the gap between conceptual ideas and practical actions.
