As the Deputy Director, Lova is in charge of Finance Management, Human Resources and Duty of Care in Madagascar. He is responsible for implementing procedures regarding human resource policies, recruitment and hiring, administration, accounting, and finance as well as implementing safety & security guidelines. 

Lova has a Masters Degree in Computerized Management. Prior to joining HIH Madagascar, he worked on various projects for international institutions. A nature enthusiast, he also enjoys working alongside communities. He is excited to provide his contribution for the planet through his work at Health In Harmony.
