Luana Linck is Brazilian, 31 years old, born in the countryside of Rio Grande do Sul, and currently lives in Florianópolis, an island in the south of Brazil. She has a degree in Accounting from UFRGS and has worked professionally in accounting firms, public bodies such as the Federal Court and the Municipal Comptroller’s Office, banks and start-ups. She specializes in tax, controllership and compliance.

She joined the third sector in 2020, to support ocean conservation work, and today works as an Administrative and Financial Manager in non-profit organizations focused on the climate crisis, ocean and forest conservation, traditional communities, education and health. Luana is currently taking a course on transparency in the third sector, run by volunteer partners, ambikira institute, FEAUSP and CEATS. Her motivation lies in being able to support great leaders in work with an environmental and social impact, ensuring that administrative and financial processes take place effectively, efficiently and with the greatest possible transparency.
