Luce began her role as ASRI’s Research and Development Manager in August 2023. She manages the Research Team and Monitoring and Evaluation of all programs at ASRI. With the research team, she works closely with the Programs Team at ASRI. 

Luce graduated from Andalas University in 2009 with a background in soil science. She continued her master’s degree at the same university in 2010 and  graduated in 2012.

Luce started her career as Lecturer Assistant in Andalas University, and then continued working in conservation programs in Indonesia. The first conservation program handled by Luce was the Restoration Program in Jambi and South Sumatra Province (PT Restorasi Ekosistem Indonesia 2013-2015). Prior to joining ASRI she handled the peatland conservation project with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and Peatland Restoration Agency.
