Ellie Anderson - Program Coordinator Intern

Ellie graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Sciences with certificates in African Studies and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018. Her environmental sciences education met the field of international development when she spent one year studying abroad at the University of Cape Town in South Africa and a summer interning in Uganda’s coffee industry. On the UW-Madison campus, Ellie worked as an experiential education facilitator, and she also recently spent one semester interning with the Wilson Center's Environmental Change and Security Program in Washington, DC. At HIH, she supports the growth and development our programs by providing research and administrative support.
