Madagascar Program coordinator
Victorien was born in Antanarivo, the capital and largest city in Madagascar. He is married and has two sons. Victorien has a degree in administration and informatics as well as agriculture and farming. He has extensive experience working with communities in remote areas in Madagascar in the field of public services. Victorien is trained in sustainable farming and agriculture and adapting agricultural techniques in a changing climate. His focus at Health In Harmony is to oversee our initiatives in Madagascar, collaborate with local partners on nutrition and alternative livelihood programs, and work closely with the Medical Coordinator to implement health interventions in the communities living in the Manombo Special Reserve.
